excellent stay, highly recommend!
friendly receptionist helpful staff comfortable bed clean room
i was very pleased with the friendly receptionist. all the staff i spoke to were helpful! overall, the hotel felt very clean. the double room sea view was noticeably clean with a comfortable bed. the food was AMAZING!!!
the car park at the rear only accommodates a limited number of cars. if you do not secure a space, you will have to park on the road.

helpful staff breakfast variety convenient location
i found the hotel lovely. the staff was friendly and super helpful, especially rob at the reception. the breakfast had good hot buffet items, also a variety of cereals and fruit. the hotel sits in a quieter location with a tram stop very close.
the corridor felt a bit narrow. i had some difficulty to find parking. it seems like the place need some refurbishment.

The twin room had comfortable beds. bed sheets and towels were changed daily. i had fans available. They gave a big bonus for keeping the room cool.

the staff made sure my granddaughter had dairy-free milk and butter at breakfast. adrian, the restaurant manager, were really nice. he was lovely and accommodating for us, so thankful.

friendly staff clean rooms good food
The staff were very friendly. The rooms were clean. The food was also very good and the value for money was appreciable. The evening entertainment was nice. My friend and I definitely plan to return.
The antiquated lift required manual cage operation by guests. Those with mobility issues, such as my husband with asthma, found this system difficult to manage and unsafe.

The room was a good size. The beds were clean. It had good access to the beach. It was just across the road. The Pleasure Beach was only five minutes away.

Breakfast offered excellent choices and high standards were evident in the evening meals. I booked them. The staff were friendly, helpful, and courteous. I appreciated this a lot. I felt a great atmosphere.

The receptionist was very friendly! I was offered the menu. I ordered my food, and along with the service, it was excellent. I definitely recommend this hotel. Many thanks to the staff for their warm welcome.

The hotel had great access to the beach. The tram service was right on the doorstep. It took us to the busy South and Central Pier. The location was quiet. It was not too busy, what we liked.

spacious room easy access
I appreciated the spacious, clean twin room. It was also warm, which I found very cute. A large tram stop opposite the accommodation offered quick, easy access to all parts of the front. The breakfast was varied and plentiful with a self service system.
I noticed the lift didn't operate sometimes because guests failed to close the metal gate. It happened often
